The submission(s) MUST feature a story which relates to the North Country
region (defined as: from Albany, north to the Canadian Border, and east to
encompass the Champlain Region, including Burlington, Vermont, and its
outlying area), or is directed, written, or produced by a filmmaker hailing
from the region, or having spent significant time there.
The submission must be suitable for general audience. (This does not mean
"G" rated, but that blatant or gratuitous offenses will disqualify the entry.)
