I really like the sound and old look and feel to the film. I think I would make some of the scenes longer.

My thoughts on your film were that it is beautifully simple, which allows for attention to be drawn to details such as the bareness of the female characters feet, the way in which she plays with her ring and the movement of her body. The simplicity also lends itself to the tension built up between the characters, particularly in the absence of dialogue. The contrast of the female characters rich red lips and nails against the neutral colour scheme defines her femininity and suggests that she has a certain feistiness and charm.
The sound is a very predominant feature of the film for me, it provides a calm yet sombre mood, emphasising the bleakness of the situation and tying the natural occurrence of rainfall with that of the relationship breakdown. The switch from rain to bird sounds suggests that there may be hope for couple as they make contact, but the return of the rain at the crucial point when she falls into his arms confirms that the embrace is an acceptance of the end of their relationship.
The angle of the following scenes again draws attention to small detail; the movements of her hands, their body language, the look of desperation on his face. The final scene after her apparent but unseen exit is cold, it is inevitable that it will end this way and the addition of the car horns to the heavy rain remind that life goes on all around despite his obvious anguish.
